1 oz Blood Orange Juice
Fill glass with ice, build ingredients, and top with soda

3/4 oz KOVAL Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz orange cognac
1/2 oz fernet or amaro of choice
3/4 oz Bonal
Shake well and serve up

Gin Gimmel-et (above)
1 1/2 oz KOVAL Dry Gin
1/2 oz KOVAL Ginger Liqueur
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
3 drops Cardamom Bitters
Shake, strain and serve up

1 oz KOVAL Oat Whiskey
1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Falernum (or clove syrup)
1/2 oz lime juice
3 dashes Ginger Bitters
Mix on the rocks

Kosher Dill Tickle (above)
1 1/2 oz KOVAL White Rye
1/4 oz KOVAL Caraway Liqueur
1/4 oz Dill Simple Syrup
3 fronds of dill
3/4 oz lemon juice
Build in a glass with ice, top with soda
Maccabee Mary
Infuse KOVAL Vodka with Bell Pepper and Rosemry
Rim glass with Kosher Salt
1 1/2 oz infused KOVAL Vodka
4 oz tomato juice
1/4 oz Worcestershire
3 dashes garlic salt
2 dashes dill
1/2 oz lemon juice
Add black pepper, Sriracha, and pickle juice to taste
Roll into a glass with ice
Garnish with a latke
